Whether you are going on a weekend getaway or an extended holiday, count on the team to take care of your pet in a safe and loving environment.
Our Cat Suites offer spacious walk-in accommodation designed for maximum comfort and relaxation all with raised sleeping cubbies with a window for lazing in. For the cooler months we
offer heat pads in the cubbies in a large number of the cubbies at no extra charge.
All our guests are provided with private litter trays and freshwater. We provide Royal Canin Sensible premium dry food and either Dine, Whiskas or Fancy Feast wet food.
You are more than welcome if your cat has special dietary needs to bring that along.
We Offer
We do not mix cats from different households.
If your cat has any special needs, please tell us ahead of time.
Each run contains an elevated sleeping compartment for privacy and there is no contact between cats in adjoining runs.
Our cattery is light and airy and has loads of fresh country air.
All cats coming into and leaving the cattery must be in a cage/carrier.
If your cat needs a special diet, please bring it from home in well marked packaging.
Each enclosure is designed to accommodate one cat but are large enough to cater for two family cats if so desired.
Checking-In
To ensure a smooth and speedy check in the following requirements are compulsory and some may be satisfied prior to check-in dates.
A current vaccination certificate from their Veterinarian as proof of Vaccination must be produced.
F3 Vaccination for cats.
All cats must have had recent flea and worm treatment not more than 1 month prior to check-in as per the Victorian Code of Practice for Boarding Kennels and Catteries. Any cats coming into the cattery that are found to have fleas or worms will receive treatment at the cost of the owner.
ALL Medication must be properly identified and labeled for the intended pet.
Premium food is provided. Own food is allowed but must be labeled and packed individually into daily portions or if dry food a suitable cup or scoop and specific instructions must be provided.
Pet Belongings, a favorite item is allowed however be sure it is ok if it does not get returned.
